Fit check
Who is Flow Nerves for? A fit check to run before you order
Who is Flow Nerves for? The seller describes a once-daily capsule for adults 18 and over, and no trial tested it. It is not a medicine for tingling or numbness. Anyone with new or lasting nerve symptoms, a prescribed medicine such as a blood thinner or diabetes medicine, or a pregnancy should ask a clinician or pharmacist first.

The short answer
Who is Flow Nerves for?
Flow Nerves is sold to adults 18 and over as a once-daily capsule, 30 to a bottle. It is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and no trial tested it.
The seller's FAQ says to follow the label. The bottle front prints “Nerve Support*” and “Premium Formula” (Flow Nerves seller brief). The sales copy is described to us as aimed at “the nerve endings in your hands, feet, and legs” and a “heavy, tingling, ‘on edge’ sensation”. Those are the seller's words, not ours, and the sections below test them.
The honest answer has two parts: who the seller is speaking to, and who needs a clinician before any supplement. The second group is larger than the bottle suggests.

Ask first
Who should ask a clinician before taking Flow Nerves?
Anyone under 18, pregnant, nursing, or living with liver, kidney or seizure conditions should ask a clinician before taking this capsule.
These groups come up because of what single ingredients are known to do, not because of a trial of the capsule. We hold no Supplement Facts panel and no amount for any ingredient.
| Reader | What the sources say | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Under 18 | The seller's direction is for adults 18 and over; the bottle label rules | Ask a physician |
| Pregnant, trying or nursing | NCCIH says turmeric supplements in pregnancy “may be unsafe” (NCCIH, Turmeric); we found no source on the other five ingredients | Ask a physician first |
| Liver or gallbladder disease | LiverTox gives turmeric a likelihood score of A for liver injury, with onset usually 1 to 4 months after starting (LiverTox, Turmeric) | Ask a clinician first |
| Kidney disease or a seizure disorder | NIH says magnesium toxicity risk rises with kidney disease (NIH ODS, Magnesium) and that carnitine can cause seizures in people with seizure disorders (NIH ODS, Carnitine) | Ask a clinician first |
Tingling
Is Flow Nerves for tingling in hands and feet?
The bottle does not say it is for tingling, and we found no source showing that Flow Nerves changes it. Tingling is a symptom to have examined.
The seller's words, “heavy, tingling, ‘on edge’ sensation”, describe how some people feel. Health agencies list many causes for that feeling, and a capsule cannot tell you which one applies to you.
- NINDS says diabetes is the leading cause of peripheral neuropathy in the U.S., and also lists vitamin B12 deficiency, alcohol, some medicines and pressure on a nerve (NINDS, Peripheral neuropathy).
- Mayo Clinic says to seek medical care right away for tingling, weakness or pain in your hands or feet, because early diagnosis gives the best chance of managing symptoms (Mayo Clinic, Peripheral neuropathy).
- NIH says a B12 shortage can cause numbness and tingling without anemia. B12 is not one of the six named ingredients (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12).
Sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side, face droop, trouble speaking, seeing or walking, or a sudden severe headache are stroke signs. CDC says to call 9-1-1 right away (CDC, Stroke signs and symptoms). Do not wait to try a supplement.
Medicines
Which medicines should you ask a pharmacist about first?
Five of the six named ingredients have a sourced caution with at least one medicine class, so bring your medicine list to a pharmacist.
| Medicine class | Ingredient | What the source says |
|---|---|---|
| Blood thinners such as warfarin | Turmeric; coenzyme Q10 | MSK says people on blood thinners should not take turmeric supplements (MSK, Turmeric); coenzyme Q10 was reported to raise bleeding risk with warfarin (MSK, Coenzyme Q10) |
| Insulin and diabetes medicine | Alpha lipoic acid | MSK lists low blood sugar as an adverse effect (MSK, Alpha-lipoic acid) |
| Thyroid hormone | L-carnitine | One 2001 trial gave 2 or 4 g a day for 6 months to 50 women on thyroid hormone; carnitine worked against it (Benvenga 2001, L-carnitine and thyroid hormone) |
| Antibiotics and bone medicines | Magnesium | NIH says magnesium can reduce their absorption (NIH ODS, Magnesium) |
| Seizure medicine | L-carnitine | NIH lists valproic acid and other anticonvulsants (NIH ODS, Carnitine) |
| Blood pressure and prostate medicines | Butcher's broom | We found no source on its interactions; ask a pharmacist |
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you take any of these, or chemotherapy. Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed, and never stop or change it because of a supplement.

Is Flow Nerves sold in the USA, and who sells it?
Yes. Flow Nerves is offered to U.S. buyers through a licensed U.S. retail desk, Goflownerves, which is not the maker.
Orders go through the seller's checkout, and the order email carries tracking. Goods ship from the U.S. unless the sales page says otherwise; we were given no charge, speed or carrier. The office is at 14 Wall Street, Suite 4B, New York, NY 10005, USA. We were not given the maker's name.
This site earns money from its order links, which is why it prints the gaps first: no panel, no amounts, no review, no lab report. The seller lists a 60-day satisfaction promise from the original purchase date; confirm the live policy.
Fit check
How can you run a Flow Nerves fit check?
Answer eight yes-or-no questions; each yes points to a clinician or pharmacist, not to a verdict.

Who Flow Nerves is for: common questions
Is Flow Nerves for people with diabetes?
No. Flow Nerves is not a diabetes product, and we found no source saying it helps diabetes. Trials of single ingredients enrolled people with diagnosed diabetic neuropathy. If you take diabetes medicine, ask a pharmacist first, because alpha lipoic acid lists low blood sugar as an adverse effect.
Can adults over 65 take Flow Nerves?
The seller says adults 18 and over and gives no upper age limit. We found no source on this capsule in older adults. Older adults are also at higher risk of B12 shortage, a cause of numbness and tingling, so ask a clinician about causes first.
Is Flow Nerves right for someone who takes a statin?
We found no source on this capsule with statins. A 2020 meta-analysis of 7 trials found coenzyme Q10 did not improve statin muscle pain, and it is one of the six ingredients. Ask your clinician or pharmacist before adding any supplement.
Who should skip Flow Nerves altogether?
That is a question for your clinician. People under 18, who are pregnant or nursing, or who take blood thinners, should ask a physician or pharmacist before considering a supplement with these six ingredients.
Does Flow Nerves ship to Canada or the UK?
We found no shipping information outside the U.S. The seller ships from the U.S. unless the sales page says otherwise, and we were given no charge or delivery time. Check the live checkout for your address.
Should I take Flow Nerves with my other supplements?
Ask a pharmacist first, and do not double up on other nerve or magnesium products. NIH says to tell every provider about every supplement and keep a record, and that more might not be better.
