Frequently asked questions

Flow Nerves questions: what it is, what is printed, what studies tested and how to order

Quick answer

Flow Nerves is a once-daily dietary supplement capsule, 30 to a bottle, with six named ingredients in a proprietary blend and no printed amounts. No trial tested it. A bottle lasts 30 days at one capsule a day. Ask a clinician about lasting numbness or tingling, and a pharmacist about your medicines, before you order.

The basics

What is Flow Nerves, and who sells it?

Flow Nerves is a dietary supplement sold as a once-daily capsule, and a licensed U.S. retail desk offers it through the seller's checkout.

The answers below come from the seller's brief, the bottle render and the sources we list. Type a word in the box to filter every group at once. Where we found nothing, we say so.

What is Flow Nerves?

Flow Nerves is a once-daily dietary supplement capsule, 30 capsules to a bottle. The bottle front prints “Nerve Support*”, and the seller names six ingredients in a proprietary blend. It is not a drug or a neuropathy medicine, and no trial has tested it.

Is Flow Nerves a gummy, a liquid or drops?

No. Flow Nerves is a capsule that you swallow with a meal and a full glass of water, per the seller's FAQ. Searches such as “flownerves gummies” or “flownerves drops” describe other forms. This site covers only the capsule in the seller's brief.

Is Flow Nerves a medicine for nerve damage?

No. It is a dietary supplement, and the star on “Nerve Support*” leads to the FDA statement that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Lasting numbness or tingling needs a clinician to look for a cause.

Who is Flow Nerves meant for?

The seller directs it to adults 18 and over; follow the label. Its sales words mention “the nerve endings in your hands, feet, and legs”, which describe symptoms to have checked. We do not say it is for anyone with those symptoms. Ask a clinician first.

Who makes Flow Nerves?

We were not given the maker's name. Goflownerves is a licensed U.S. retail desk, not the manufacturer. Ask the order desk who makes and packs it, and whether a lab report exists, before you rely on any quality claim.

What does the star on the bottle front mean?

The star points to the FDA statement that supplement labels with such claims must carry: the FDA has not evaluated the claim, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We have not seen the back panel, so we cannot confirm your bottle's wording (FDA structure/function claims).

The label

What is on the Flow Nerves label, and what is not?

We hold the bottle front and a list of six names; we hold no Supplement Facts panel and no amount for any ingredient.

The table shows what we hold. The questions after it explain what the gaps mean (Flow Nerves seller brief).

Which six ingredients does Flow Nerves name?

The seller names magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), in a proprietary blend. The order is the seller's and is not a ranking of amounts. See the ingredients page.

Does the bottle print how much of each ingredient?

No amount is printed for any of the six in the material we hold, and we hold no Supplement Facts panel. So nobody can say whether an ingredient is near a studied dose. Ask the order desk for a photo of the bottle's panel before you buy.

What is a proprietary blend?

A proprietary blend lists ingredient names together. As we read 21 CFR 101.36(c), a blend declares one total weight and lists names in descending order of predominance, while minerals with a Daily Value carry their own amounts. We hold no panel, so we cannot say what yours prints (21 CFR 101.36(c), proprietary blends).

What does “95% curcuminoids” mean for the turmeric extract?

The sales page says the extract is 95% curcuminoids. That describes how concentrated the extract is, not how much is in a capsule, and no amount is printed. A review found curcumin is poorly absorbed, so concentration alone does not show what the body takes up (Anand 2007, curcumin bioavailability).

What else is in the capsule besides the six ingredients?

We do not know. The capsule shell and any fillers are not given in our material, because we hold no panel. If you have an allergy or a diet rule, ask the order desk for the full ingredient list before you order.

Does Flow Nerves contain vitamin B12?

No. B12 is not one of the six named ingredients. NIH says a B12 shortage can cause numbness and tingling in the hands and feet even without anemia, and a clinician can test for it (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12). Ask a clinician whether a test makes sense for you.

The evidence

What do studies say about the Flow Nerves ingredients?

No study tested Flow Nerves. The studies we read tested single ingredients, in other forms, mostly in people with a diagnosed condition.

The bottle front prints “Nerve Support*”, and the star leads to the FDA statement that the claim has not been evaluated. We tested the claim against the sources and found nothing that shows this capsule changes nerve symptoms. Each answer gives who, dose, time and outcome where we have them.

Has any study tested Flow Nerves?

No. We found no trial that tested Flow Nerves, or its six-ingredient blend at an unstated amount per ingredient. The studies we read tested single ingredients, in other forms, usually at gram-scale doses in people with a diagnosed condition.

What did the alpha lipoic acid trials find?

In a 2023 meta-analysis of 10 trials in 1,242 people with diabetic neuropathy, oral alpha lipoic acid improved symptom scores but not pain or nerve conduction, at 600 to 1,800 mg a day (Hsieh 2023, oral alpha-lipoic acid meta). The 4-year trial of 600 mg missed its main goal (Ziegler 2011, NATHAN 1 oral alpha-lipoic acid). No trial tested Flow Nerves.

Did turmeric or curcumin help in neuropathy trials?

In one 16-week trial of 97 people with diabetic neuropathy, 40 mg of nanocurcumin twice a day made no significant difference in pain or neuropathy scores (Mansour 2025, nanocurcumin neuropathy trial). That was a nano formulation, not a 95% extract, and not Flow Nerves.

What does butcher's broom have to do with nerves?

We found no trial of butcher's broom for nerve symptoms. It was studied for leg veins: a 12-week trial in 166 women with chronic venous insufficiency found less leg volume and heaviness than placebo (Vanscheidt 2002, butcher's broom trial). The EMA calls the clinical evidence insufficient (EMA, Butcher's broom (Rusci rhizoma)).

Is the L-carnitine in Flow Nerves the form used in neuropathy trials?

No. The neuropathy trials we read used acetyl-L-carnitine at 1,500 to 3,000 mg a day, and the Cochrane review rated the certainty very low (Rolim 2019, acetyl-L-carnitine neuropathy (Cochrane)). Flow Nerves names L-carnitine, not the acetyl form, and prints no amount.

Is there human evidence for magnesium glycinate?

We found no human trial of magnesium glycinate for nerve symptoms. The one comparison of forms we read was in mice. A Cochrane review found no clinically meaningful cramp benefit from magnesium in older adults with idiopathic cramps (Garrison 2020, magnesium for cramps (Cochrane)).

Safety and medicines

Who should ask a clinician or pharmacist before taking Flow Nerves?

Anyone who takes a regular medicine, has a long-term condition, is pregnant or nursing, or has new nerve symptoms should ask a clinician or pharmacist first.

Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed

Never stop or change a medicine because of a supplement. Sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side, trouble speaking, chest pain or trouble breathing: call 911.

Who should ask a clinician before taking Flow Nerves?

Anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, with liver, gallbladder or kidney disease or a seizure disorder, or taking a blood thinner, diabetes medicine, thyroid hormone, antibiotics, seizure medicine or chemotherapy. Ask a clinician or pharmacist. Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of a supplement.

Does Flow Nerves interact with blood thinners?

Two of its ingredients carry a sourced caution. MSK says people on warfarin or other blood thinners should not take turmeric supplements (MSK, Turmeric), and that coenzyme Q10 may raise bleeding risk with warfarin (MSK, Coenzyme Q10). Ask your prescriber or pharmacist first.

What about insulin or other diabetes medicine?

MSK lists low blood sugar as an adverse effect of alpha lipoic acid, so anyone on insulin or other diabetes medicine should talk to their provider (MSK, Alpha-lipoic acid). Ask a pharmacist first. If you feel shaky, sweaty or confused, call your care team.

Can the turmeric in a supplement harm the liver?

LiverTox rates turmeric likelihood score A for liver injury, with onset typically 1 to 4 months after starting. These are case reports, not a rate (LiverTox, Turmeric). Dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, belly pain or fatigue: stop and get medical care.

Can pregnant or nursing women take Flow Nerves?

Ask a physician first. NCCIH says turmeric supplements in pregnancy may be unsafe (NCCIH, Turmeric). We found no source that clears the other five ingredients for pregnancy or nursing. The seller directs it to adults 18 and over.

Which symptoms need emergency care?

Sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side, face droop, trouble speaking, seeing or walking, sudden severe headache, chest pain or trouble breathing. Call 911. CDC lists the first group as stroke signs (CDC, Stroke signs and symptoms). A supplement is no reason to wait.

What should I do if my feet are numb or tingling?

See a clinician. Mayo Clinic says to seek medical care right away for tingling, weakness or pain in the hands or feet, and lists diabetes, low B vitamins, alcohol, medicines and nerve pressure among causes (Mayo Clinic, Peripheral neuropathy). A supplement does not find the cause.

How do I report a bad reaction?

Tell your clinician first, then report it to the FDA, which explains how and which signs are serious (FDA report a problem). Keep the bottle and note the date you started. The order desk and the website inbox cannot give medical advice.

Using the bottle

How long does a Flow Nerves bottle last, and how do I take it?

At one capsule a day, a bottle of 30 capsules lasts 30 days, and the seller's FAQ says to take it with a meal and a full glass of water.

The label on your bottle wins over any text here. The table counts capsules and days at that dose, and it shows no price (Flow Nerves seller brief).

How long does a bottle of Flow Nerves last?

At one capsule a day, a 30-capsule bottle lasts 30 days. That follows from the seller's FAQ and the count on the bottle. Two bottles last 60 days and six last 180. Confirm the direction on your bottle, because the label wins.

How do I take Flow Nerves?

The seller's FAQ says one capsule daily with a meal and a full glass of water. Confirm that on the bottle, because the label wins. Take only what it says, and ask a pharmacist first if you take regular medicines.

What if I miss a dose?

We hold no missed-dose instruction, so follow your bottle and ask a pharmacist. Do not double up to catch up unless your bottle says so. NIH reminds readers that more might not be better (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know).

Can I take Flow Nerves with other magnesium or nerve products?

Ask a pharmacist before stacking. NIH sets the upper intake for magnesium from supplements and medicines at 350 mg a day (NIH ODS, Magnesium). We do not know how much magnesium the capsule holds, so we cannot do that sum for you.

How should I store the bottle?

We were not given storage directions, so follow what your bottle prints. If it prints none, ask the order desk. Keep medicines and supplements out of reach of children.

Is there a best time of day for Flow Nerves?

The seller's FAQ names a meal, not a time of day. We found no source on timing. Pick a mealtime you will remember and follow your bottle. If a medicine you take has timing rules, ask a pharmacist.

Orders

How do Flow Nerves orders, prices and refunds work?

Orders go through the seller's checkout, where the total, shipping and the 60-day promise are printed.

This site lists the one published price and the promise as the seller states them, but no delivery time, because we have none. The order desk is +1 (302) 200-3480. See the pricing page and the where to buy page.

Where can I order Flow Nerves?

Through the seller's checkout, which the order buttons on this site lead to. We know of no Amazon, Walmart, eBay or store listing. A copy sold elsewhere may not be genuine or covered by the 60-day promise.

How much does Flow Nerves cost in total?

Two bottles are listed at $79 each, $158 in total. The 3-bottle and 6-bottle prices were not in the seller's brief, so they show at the live checkout. Confirm every price there before you pay.

Is shipping free?

The seller's page offers the 6-bottle kit with free shipping; confirm it at checkout. For the other packs, shipping is shown at checkout. We have no shipping charge, speed or carrier to quote.

What is the 60-day promise?

The seller lists a 60-day satisfaction promise counted from the original purchase date. Call the order desk with your order ID, then follow the return instructions. The buyer pays return shipping. Confirm the live policy at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We have no delivery time to quote. The seller's brief says orders ship from the U.S. unless the sales page says otherwise, and tracking comes in the order email. If tracking does not move, call the order desk with your order ID.

Can I buy Flow Nerves near me?

We know of no store listing, so a near me search is unlikely to lead to a genuine bottle. Use the seller's checkout, keep the order email, and call the order desk if anything looks wrong.
