Supplement facts

Flow Nerves supplement facts: no printed panel, and what we do know

Quick answer

We were not given a Supplement Facts panel for Flow Nerves, so we cannot print one. We know the form (a capsule, 30 capsules or servings a bottle), the six named ingredients and the seller's direction of one capsule daily. No amount is printed for any ingredient, and the other ingredients are unknown.

The short version

What are the Flow Nerves supplement facts?

We hold no Supplement Facts panel for Flow Nerves, so the facts below come from the seller's brief and a render of the bottle front.

The seller names six ingredients in a proprietary blend and prints no milligram amount for any of them (Flow Nerves seller brief). We were also given no image of the back of the bottle. Where a row says “not printed” or “not given”, we do not fill it in.

The bottle front

What does the front of the Flow Nerves label show?

It shows a few printed lines, and each tells you less than it seems to.

Lines on the bottle front, and what each does and does not tell you
Printed lineWhat it tells youWhat it does not
“PREMIUM FORMULA”The seller's choice of wordsNo source defines it; it gives no ingredient or amount
“NERVE SUPPORT*”The claim the seller makesThat any trial tested the capsule
30 CAPSULESThe count in a bottleThe dose in a capsule
DIETARY SUPPLEMENTThe legal categoryThat the FDA reviewed it; FDA does not approve supplements (FDA 101 supplements)

The star leads to the FDA statement that the claim has not been evaluated and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease (FDA structure/function claims). We have not seen the back panel to confirm that wording.

What a panel shows

What should a real Supplement Facts panel show?

A panel shows the serving size, the servings per bottle and an amount for each listed ingredient, with a blend allowed one total weight.

FDA's labeling guide says ingredients with no Daily Value carry the note “Daily Value Not Established”, and binders go in a statement below the panel (FDA supplement labeling guide). For a blend, the rule asks for names in descending order and one total weight, while minerals with a Daily Value, such as magnesium, get their own amounts (21 CFR 101.36(c), proprietary blends).

So a real panel may print more than the seller's brief does. Because we hold none, we cannot say whether it prints a total, an order or a magnesium amount.

Before you buy

What should you ask for before you buy Flow Nerves?

Ask the seller for a photo of the full back of the bottle, with the Supplement Facts panel and the other ingredients.

  • The serving size, the servings per bottle and any amount per ingredient.
  • The other ingredients, if you have an allergy.
  • The printed caution text and storage line, which we were not given.
  • The lot and expiry stamped on the bottle you receive.

Tracking and refunds on placed orders go to the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480. The website inbox ([email protected]) cannot see orders. See the lot and CoA references, which are seller codes, not lab proof.

Before you start

Does a missing panel matter if you take medicine?

Yes, because a pharmacist cannot judge an interaction without the amounts.

Several of the six ingredients have cautions with common medicine classes: blood thinners, diabetes medicine, thyroid hormone, antibiotics and seizure medicine (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know). Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed, and never stop or change one because of a supplement. Bring a photo of the bottle to a pharmacist. New or lasting tingling or numbness needs a clinician first, and sudden numbness or weakness on one side, or trouble speaking, means call 911. See medicine interactions.

FAQ

Flow Nerves supplement facts: common questions

Does Flow Nerves have a Supplement Facts panel?

A supplement bottle normally carries one, but we were not given an image of Flow Nerves' panel. We cannot say what it prints. We hold the seller's list of six named ingredients, the form and the direction. Ask the seller for a photo before you order.

How many servings are in a bottle of Flow Nerves?

The seller's brief gives 30 capsules, which is 30 servings of one capsule. At one capsule a day, as the seller's FAQ directs, a bottle covers 30 days. The printed label on your bottle wins over our text.

Is there a milligram amount for each Flow Nerves ingredient?

No amount is printed for any ingredient in the material we hold. The seller calls the mix a proprietary blend. We do not estimate, split or rank amounts, and anyone who quotes a milligram number for Flow Nerves has no source we can find.

What does the star after “NERVE SUPPORT*” mean?

It leads to the FDA statement that the claim has not been evaluated and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We have not seen the back panel, so we cannot confirm the exact wording on this bottle.

Where do I find the lot number and expiry date?

On the bottle you receive; check the printed code. The seller gives lot FN-26/GO-2256, which is a seller reference, not lab proof. We were not given the expiry practice or storage line, so read the label.

Is the percent Daily Value shown for Flow Nerves?

Not in the material we hold, and we do not infer one. A panel marks ingredients with no Daily Value as “Daily Value Not Established”. Magnesium has a Daily Value, so a real panel may show an amount for it.
