The basics
What is Flow Nerves, exactly?
What is Flow Nerves? It is a dietary supplement sold as a once-daily capsule, with 30 capsules (30 servings) in a white bottle that has a dark navy and teal label.
It is not a gummy or a liquid. The bottle render shows “Premium Formula”, the name, “Nerve Support*”, 30 capsules and “Dietary Supplement”. We hold only the front of the bottle (Flow Nerves seller brief).

Inside the blend
What are the six named ingredients?
The seller names magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10.
The sales page describes the turmeric extract as “95% curcuminoids”. That describes the extract, not an amount in each capsule. We were not given a Supplement Facts panel. The seller prints no milligram amount, so nobody can tell whether any ingredient is near a studied dose.
Claims and evidence
What does the Flow Nerves label claim, and what do studies show?
The bottle front prints “Nerve Support*”, and we found no trial that tested that claim on this capsule.
The star points to the FDA statement that the claim has not been evaluated (FDA structure/function claims). In a 2023 meta-analysis of 10 placebo-controlled trials with 1,242 people who had diabetic sensorimotor polyneuropathy, oral alpha lipoic acid improved the total symptom score but not pain, vibration threshold or nerve conduction. Doses were 600 to 1,800 mg a day (Hsieh 2023, oral alpha-lipoic acid meta). No trial tested Flow Nerves.

FAQ
Flow Nerves questions people ask
Is Flow Nerves a drug or a neuropathy medicine?
No. It is a dietary supplement capsule. The bottle carries a star after “Nerve Support*”, and supplement labels with such claims carry an FDA statement that the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Does Flow Nerves list how much of each ingredient it has?
Not in anything we were given. The seller names six ingredients in a proprietary blend and prints no milligram amount, and we hold no Supplement Facts panel. Ask for the bottle's panel before you buy.
Is “flownerves peripheral nerve support” a proven use?
No. We found no study that tested the capsule for any nerve condition. The best-studied ingredient was tested only in diagnosed diabetic neuropathy.
