Duplicate ingredients
Stacking supplements: can you take two nerve products at once?
Stacking supplements means taking several at once, and it can double up the same ingredient. We cannot say that two nerve products are fine together, and no source we hold tested a stack. Do not double up on magnesium or other nerve products with Flow Nerves, and tell a pharmacist everything you take.

The plain answer
Can you take two nerve supplements at once?
We cannot say it is fine, and we found no study of any nerve-supplement stack. NIH says supplements can interact with some medicines, to tell every provider about every supplement, and that “more might not be better” (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know).
Many products share a few ingredients, so a second bottle can repeat the first. Do not double up on other nerve or magnesium products while using Flow Nerves unless a pharmacist has seen both labels.
Overlaps
Which ingredients overlap, and what is magnesium stacking?
Magnesium stacking is taking magnesium from several sources until the total passes what a body should get from supplements. NIH puts the tolerable upper intake at 350 mg a day from supplements and medicines only, and high doses can cause diarrhea, nausea and cramping (NIH ODS, Magnesium).
| Ingredient | Why a duplicate matters |
|---|---|
| Magnesium | Upper intake level; kidney disease raises toxicity risk (NIH ODS, Magnesium) |
| Alpha lipoic acid | Low blood sugar with diabetes medicine (MSK, Alpha-lipoic acid) |
| Coenzyme Q10 | Bleeding risk reported with warfarin (MSK, Coenzyme Q10) |
| Turmeric | Liver injury reports; not with blood thinners (LiverTox, Turmeric) |
The arithmetic
How do you add up amounts across products?
Only from full Supplement Facts panels, one ingredient at a time. We hold no panel for Flow Nerves and no printed amount, so we cannot add it to anything.
- Photograph every label, including magnesium and other nerve or “circulation” products.
- Ask a pharmacist: could any of these ingredients matter for my blood thinner, diabetes medicine, thyroid hormone or antibiotic?
- Ask which symptoms mean being seen the same day.
Never stop or change it because of a supplement. Sudden numbness or weakness on one side, trouble speaking, chest pain or trouble breathing: call 911.

Does a second product add evidence?
No. Each sales line needs its own evidence, and a second bottle does not supply it. Flow Nerves is a once-daily capsule with six named ingredients, and these seller phrases are tested below.
“Nerve Support*”
No trial tested Flow Nerves; the best-studied ingredient, alpha lipoic acid, was tested in people with diagnosed diabetic neuropathy at about 600 to 1,800 mg a day, and the 4-year trial missed its main goal. (Hsieh 2023, oral alpha-lipoic acid meta) (Ziegler 2011, NATHAN 1 oral alpha-lipoic acid)
“the nerve endings in your hands, feet, and legs”
Persistent tingling in hands and feet has medical causes (diabetes, B12 shortage, alcohol, medicines, pressure) that Mayo Clinic says to have checked promptly. (Mayo Clinic, Peripheral neuropathy) (NINDS, Peripheral neuropathy)
“Premium Formula”
No source defines this phrase. The seller names six ingredients in a proprietary blend and prints no amounts, so no dose can be compared with a study. (21 CFR 101.36(c), proprietary blends) (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know)
“heavy, tingling, ‘on edge’ sensation”
The sources describe tingling and heaviness as symptoms to have examined; none shows that this blend changes them. (Mayo Clinic, Peripheral neuropathy) (EMA, Butcher's broom (Rusci rhizoma))
Persistent tingling needs a clinician first; see medicine interactions. The seller's packs and 60-day promise are below; confirm at checkout.

FAQ
Flow Nerves questions people ask
Is it fine to take magnesium with Flow Nerves?
We cannot say so. Flow Nerves names magnesium glycinate with no printed amount, so we cannot add a second source to it. Ask a pharmacist, especially with kidney disease, antibiotics or bone medicine.
Which supplements should I tell my pharmacist about?
All of them, including vitamins, magnesium, B12, turmeric and any other nerve or circulation product. NIH says to tell every provider about every supplement and keep a record.
Can two products with alpha lipoic acid cause low blood sugar?
MSK lists low blood sugar as an adverse effect of alpha lipoic acid. If you take insulin or other diabetes medicine, ask a pharmacist before using one product, let alone two.
