Do neuropathy supplements for feet work?
No source we read shows that a supplement helps the feet. The trials of single ingredients were in people with diagnosed diabetic neuropathy and measured symptom scores, pain scales and nerve tests, not foot comfort.
In a 2023 meta-analysis of 1,242 people, oral alpha lipoic acid at about 600 to 1,800 mg a day improved a symptom score but not pain, vibration threshold or nerve conduction (Hsieh 2023, oral alpha-lipoic acid meta). A 16-week trial of nanocurcumin, 40 mg twice a day, found no difference in 97 people (Mansour 2025, nanocurcumin neuropathy trial). No trial tested Flow Nerves.

Why do both feet tingle, and can supplements for tingling feet help?
Both feet tingling usually points to a cause a clinician can look for, and a supplement does not find it. NINDS says diabetes is the leading cause of peripheral neuropathy in the U.S. (NINDS, Peripheral neuropathy).
