Ingredient list

Flow Nerves ingredients: the six names and what studies tested

Quick answer

Flow Nerves ingredients are six: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10. The seller lists them in a proprietary blend and prints no milligram amount for any of them. We hold no Supplement Facts panel, and no trial tested the blend.

What are the Flow Nerves ingredients?

What is in Flow Nerves? Six named ingredients, in the seller's order, which is not a ranking by amount.

Amounts

Does Flow Nerves list how much of each ingredient it has?

Not in anything we were given: the seller prints no milligram amount, and we hold no Supplement Facts panel.

The “95% curcuminoids” on the sales page describes the turmeric extract, not an amount per capsule. We never saw the real panel, so ask for it before you buy.

The evidence

What do studies of these ingredients show?

They show mixed results in other settings. No trial tested Flow Nerves.

In a 2023 meta-analysis of 10 trials (1,242 people with diabetic neuropathy), oral alpha lipoic acid improved the symptom score but not pain or nerve conduction (Hsieh 2023, oral alpha-lipoic acid meta). A Cochrane review of acetyl-L-carnitine at 1,500 to 3,000 mg a day (907 people) rated the certainty very low (Rolim 2019, acetyl-L-carnitine neuropathy (Cochrane)). In 97 people with diabetic neuropathy, 40 mg of nanocurcumin twice daily for 16 weeks made no difference to pain (Mansour 2025, nanocurcumin neuropathy trial). Butcher's broom was tested for leg veins in 166 women (Vanscheidt 2002, butcher's broom trial). We found no nerve trial for magnesium glycinate or coenzyme Q10. With no printed amount, no one can compare Flow Nerves with these doses.

Before you take it

Which Flow Nerves ingredients need a pharmacist's check?

Several do, depending on your medicines.

MSK says people on warfarin or other blood thinners should not take turmeric supplements (MSK, Turmeric), and reports coenzyme Q10 may raise bleeding risk with warfarin (MSK, Coenzyme Q10). Alpha lipoic acid lists low blood sugar as an adverse effect, so ask a pharmacist if you take insulin or diabetes medicine (MSK, Alpha-lipoic acid). For butcher's broom we found no source on interactions. LiverTox rates turmeric “A” for liver injury cases; for dark urine, yellow skin or eyes or belly pain, stop and get care (LiverTox, Turmeric). Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed. New numbness or tingling needs a clinician; sudden one-sided weakness, trouble speaking, chest pain or trouble breathing: call 911.

FAQ

Flow Nerves questions people ask

Is vitamin B12 one of the Flow Nerves ingredients?

No. B12 is not one of the six named ingredients. NIH says a B12 shortage can cause numbness and tingling in the hands and feet; a clinician can test it.

What is in a Flow Nerves capsule besides the six ingredients?

We do not know. Without a Supplement Facts panel, the capsule shell and any fillers are unknown to us. Ask the order desk for the panel.

Is “what is in flow nerves” the same as its proprietary blend?

Mostly. The six names sit in a proprietary blend, and the real panel may list other ingredients we cannot see. No amount is printed in our material.
